At Forg3D Muscle, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how orders are shipped, processed, and handled if issues arise.

Ordering Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Processing time refers to preparing your order for shipment and does not include carrier transit time.

  • During Promotions, holidays, or high-order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship using trusted third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX

  • Once Your package is in carriers possession, delivery timelines are subject to casrriers operations.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once you order has been picked up by carrier.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to reflect movement.

Shipping Insurance

  • All orders are insured up to the carrier’s standard coverage.

  • Shipping insurance Covers:

  • Packages lost in transit

  • Packages damaged during transit

  • Shipping insurance does not cover:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but stolen afterwards

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Delays caused by carrier or customs

    Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Forg3D Muscle is responsible for properly packing and shipping your order.

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Notify us within 7 days so we can assist with next steps.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require:

  • A reshipping fee, or

  • Refund minus original shipping costs.

Forg3D Muscle is not responsible for delivery failures due to address errors.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Provide photos if damage is visible

  • We will investigate with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (when applicable)

Force Majeure

Forg3D Muscle is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, carrier disruptions, government actions, or supply chain issues.
