Apparel Returns

we accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase required

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the error was ours.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • A damaged item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing time for refunds is 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us before filling a chargeback.

  • Chargebacks submitted without contacting For3D Muscle may result in account restrictions.

  • We actively contest fraudulent chargebacks using tracking confirmation and delivery records.

Return Authorization

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Do not send items back without authorization

    -unauthorized returns may be rejected.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Forg3D Muscle is not responsible for lost return shipments.
